Spring Break farm intensive at Yetman Farms

By signing the below document this release of liability and express assumption of risk and hold harmless made between Yetman Creative, Yetman Farms, Amy and Norman Douglas Yetman and all Yetman Farms staff and volunteers. Hereinafter collectively referred to as “farm/owners/staff” and visitor, the name of whom is referred to below as “participant/visitor” and (if participant/visitor is a minor, participant’s/visitor’s parent or guardian is signatory hereto, additionally, participant/visitor refers to all persons granted, assumed, gifted, or anyone who accepts reservation space from payee). In consideration of, and in return for the use of Yetman Farms and Yetman Creative and the grounds and facilities, including but not limited to all animals and fowl, participant/visitor acknowledges and understands that Inherent Risk exists in and around the farm and activities. Participant/visitor acknowledges there are dangers or conditions that are an integral part of all the farm activities including but not limited to the animals and the fowl and included in the propensity of all the animals and fowl to behave in ways that could result in injury or harm or death of persons around including but not limited to bucking, running away, biting, kicking, stepping on, or the unpredictability of an animal or fowls reaction to medications, sounds, sudden movement, unfamiliar objects or any hazards or the potential of another visitor/participant to not act within their ability or to act in a negligent manner.

Participant/visitor assumes responsibility for all risk involved during the course of the visit, whether or not related to farm activities, and agrees to hold farm/owners and all employees, agents, and other visitors completely harmless and not liable and releases them from all liability whatsoever and agrees not to sue them on account of or in connection with any negligence, claims, causes of action, injury, damages, costs or expenses arising out of participant/visitor’s use of or presence on Yetman Farms. Participant agrees to indemnify and defend and hold harmless the farm and owners and all agents, employees, visitors or volunteers from any negligence, claims, causes of action, damages, judgment costs, or expenses including attorney’s fees which in any way arise from the use of or presence upon the farm. Participant/visitor agrees to abide by all rules and regulations of the farm. This agreement is non-assignable and non-transferable, is made and entered into the state of Colorado and enforced and interpreted under the laws of the state of Colorado. Upon signature of this waiver by payee of reservation, this agreement will be binding upon themselves in addition to all minors and all individuals within their reserved party who attend event.
