Yetman Farms Waiver
This waiver, release of liability, express assumption of risk, and hold harmless agreement (the”Waiver”) is made between Yetman Creative, Yetman Farms, Amy and Norman Douglas Yetman and all Yetman Farms staff, family, agents, and volunteers(collectively, "Yetmans") and yourself (“Visitor” – “Visitor” also includes any of Visitor’s minor children, anyone for whom Visitor purchases entrance or reservations for, and anyone Visitor invites or brings to Yetman Farms). The Yetman Farms premises consist of the entire property located at 2995 S. Estes, Lakewood, CO 80227. By signing below, you acknowledge that you have been informed that Yetman Farms is
a working farm with various operations and animals, and that there are various risks associated with a visit to the premises. These risks include, but are not limited to, risks
from animals (including kicking, biting, scratching, bucking, bolting, being startled, or otherwise acting in unpredictable or dangerous ways), farm equipment (to include
mowers, vehicles, and other machinery, which could malfunction or injure those who come in contact with them), the natural environment (to include uneven terrain, holes,
trees/falling trees/branches, wild animals/pests/insects and the like), water features/pond (to include slipping or drowning), weather and storms (including snow and
ice, which is not removed from all areas of the property), other vehicles coming and going, neighboring open space/wildlife, and a variety of other risks. Some of these risks could cause serious injury, including death. In consideration of, and in return for access to and use of the Yetman Farms premises,
grounds, and facilities, including but not limited to interaction with animals and fowl, Visitor acknowledges and understands these risks, and specifically agrees to assume
full responsibility for all such risks, and to waive and release any claims against the Yetmans arising from any injury or potential injury of any kind associated with or incurred at Yetman Farms. Visitor agrees to hold the Yetmans harmless and not liable from all claims or liability whatsoever, regardless of cause, and specifically release Yetmans from liability for any claims of negligence or wrongdoing in the maintenance or operation of the Yetman Farms, any condition thereon, or any negligence or wrongdoing associated with the animals located at Yetman Farms. Visitor understands that this is intended to be a full and complete release of any claims against Yetmans to the fullest extent permitted by law. In the event Visitor brings any claim against Yetmans that is waived or released by this agreement, Visitor will be responsible to pay all of Yetmans costs, including reasonable attorney fees, in dealing with such claim. Participant further agrees to indemnify and defend and hold harmless Yetmans from any negligence, claims, causes of action, damages, judgment costs, or expenses including attorney’s fees which in any way arise from the use of or presence upon the Yetman Farms premises. Participant/visitor agrees to abide by all rules and regulations of Yetman Farms, including those provided verbally. Visitor agrees to further use common sense in interacting with any animals or conditions on the premises. Visitor further agrees to supervise and monitor any minor children or others they bring to Yetman Farms. Visitor recognizes that any visit to Yetman Farms is fully optional. In the event the Visitor is uncomfortable with any conditions or risks present at Yetman Farms upon arrival, Yetman Farms will reimburse any payments made by Visitor and Visitor is free to leave. Visitor, directly and on behalf of any minor children or others brought the premises, is free to decline any activities or interactions that Visitor is not comfortable with. This agreement is non-assignable and non-transferable, is made and entered into the state of Colorado and enforced and interpreted under the laws of the state of Colorado. Upon signature of this Waiver by Visitor as payee of reservation, this agreement will be binding upon themselves in addition to all minors and all individuals within their reserved party who attend event. Visitor expressly agrees to inform any other such people of this Waiver, and to obtain their agreement to these terms prior to attending any event at Yetman Farms.

Photo Release*
In addition, I hereby grant that Yetman Farms and Yetman Creative has access and unrestricted right to use and publish any photographs taken on the property on day of visit. This includes me the individuals in my party. Yetman Farms and Yetman Creative has the rights to use for editorial trade, advertising, marketing and any other purpose. I hereby release Yetman Creative/Yetman Farms, photographer and his or her legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.
